About this event
On Saturday morning, Nov. 7, starting at 8 a.m., local birder John Edmonson will lead a walk around the Arlington Reservoir. Water levels are now lower, creating good conditions for seeing ducks and shorebirds. We’ll also check the Lex Farm gardens for remaining fall migrants. This walk is cosponsored by the Arlington Open Space Committee, Arlington Reservoir Committee, and Brookline Bird Club.
Meet in the parking lot off Lowell Street, across from Westmoreland Avenue. Bring binoculars and dress for the weather. Only heavy rain cancels the trip. For late arrivers, we’ll circle the Reservoir in the clockwise direction.
