About this event
The Center for International Students and Scholars (CISS), Center for Languages and International Collaboration (CLIC), the Cronin Office of International Education, and the Multicultural Center (MCC) at Bentley University will be hosting International Education Week (IEW) 2026 , the week of November 16-20. IEW has historically been a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education but this year, international education organizations, including The Forum , NAFSA , and AIEA , are sponsoring IEW.
What is International Education Week?
International Education Week is a vibrant celebration of global learning, cultural exchange, and community. Anchored in the themes of discovery, connection, and celebration. It is an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to explore diverse perspectives through interactive events, engaging discussions, and immersive experiences.
How Can You Get Involved?
The IEW planning committee welcomes proposals for programming during the week that align with the international education themes described above. We encourage you to consider ways that you can showcase the cultural diversity within the Bentley community. Some suggestions include:
• Panel discussions
• Performances
• Workshops
• Fun and games
• Coffee, tea, or food tastings
To propose an event, please submit this proposal form by Friday, October 16.
