Topic: The Culture We Want to See: Moving Beyond Extractive Practices

What does it take to create a culture that gives back more than it takes? This conversation will explore how we can recognize and move beyond extractive practices and systems, rethink the way we work and engage with one another, and take meaningful steps toward a more equitable, regenerative, and resilient future. Together, we’ll consider what we need to let go of, what we want to carry forward, and how we can begin building the culture we want to see.
