About this event
The Tufts Run/Walk Group welcomes YOU to join us. We are a low-key bunch whose goal is primarily to have fun, stay healthy, enjoy social interaction and peer support, motivate one another, and maybe train for some running events if the mood strikes. We accommodate all paces, so don’t be intimidated! Not currently a runner or walker, but would like to start? You are PERFECT, please join us! We’ve had lots of fun, made new friends, and we are healthier.
We typically meet Tuesday evenings at 5:15 outside Varis Lecture Hall for a 3+/- mile run/walk (can choose a distance that works for you) around campus to take advantage of the streetlights as daylight wanes, and the plowed roadways during winter months. We welcome everyone to drop in anytime, or even announce a time for additional/spontaneous runs/walks so folks can join. We meet outside VLH by the picnic tables.
